Absolutely. The 2nd day Biden was in office there was a press conference. Biden was sitting at his desk with a stack of 40 signing papers. He kept signing one after the other and he said to the cameras “They gave me these to sign and I don’t know what I’m signing!”
I’m sure he was put behind the woodpile for that comment.
