“Hebrew was a LOST language that was recreated using Arabic letters right”
Granted it was dead as a spoken language but not completely lost as you claim. Hebrew was used for some religious services (similar to how Italians in Italy have part of the service in Latin) . The also had several hybrid languages with Hebrew loan words
“You’ve clearly never taken a DNA test. “
You clearly have a reading comprehension problem. As I said, as long as they are using modern samples alone, DNA kit companies are peddling quack science when it comes to personal heritage claims.., What links Palestinians and Jews to ancient populations in Levant isn’t DNA kit companies. It’s the academic lead studies that used ancient samples but these are broad statistical analysis. They don’t tell any specific individual their personal ethnic breakdown in percentage terms like DNA kit companies ridiculously claim.
As for Greeks, Greek language although evolved has been spoken in an unbroken chain since antiquity. We wouldn’t speak in Koine Greek dialect but as far as I know the modern Greek language has more in common ancient Greek than any language on earth does with ancient peers. As for DNA< I already know Greeks have mixed over the last few thousands years. This is not some news to me or something unusual. All groups have mixed. The idea that ethnic identity are pure races are nationalist myths. Albeit I know of know non-Greeks in my personal family lines as far back as records exist presumably between me an Plato el al I have ancestors that were not Greeks. The eastern Roman empire albeit it spoke Greek, on national level identified as Roman which further illustrates I likely have some mixed heritage. To what degree I’m personally biologically related to ancient Greeks I love to know but I have no currently available option to tell. Maybe some DNA kits company will start doing an analysis with ancient samples (which will dramatically change the ethnic mapping they claim) but that’s not today. I don’t want to give my money to con artists like scientific illiterates like you foolishly do because they tell you what you want to hear.
At the moment academic lead studies like this is the best I have to work with.
