One more point about genes…. look at 100 meter final at the Olympics. Usually it is mostly blacks. However this does not mean all blacks are remotely capable of completing at the level of Usain Bolt in his prime or that blacks are all superior athletes than anyone not black. As before.. it is a bell curve of performance not everyone at the exact level of the very best. The very best are outliers not the norm. If someone black thinks simply because they are black they are superior to everyone else in sports.. that would be an example of racism. Intelligence is the same way.
