Interesting question. Gaza lost the war up to this point s the war is not over. This may be a longer cease fire and nothing else. Gaza is 80% plus in ruins. The best time estimate to rebuild in 10-15 years if there is money to do that. I do not think anyone will jump into this situation within at least the next 3 years. So the Gazans will a nomad life during that time or the emigrate. That presumes that Gazans do not breach the peace and find work in Israel. Highly improbable.
In the meantime Israel will still be searching for tunnels if they do not flood them after all the Hostages are released.
There is no prohibition to declaring Hamas an PIJ as terror groups and hunting them down wherever they are
The ceasefire may last or not but the war on terror just entered a new phase
