The arabs / muslims did not / will not accept any Jewish sovereignty between the River and the Sea
So … Israel became exponentially stronger militarily than it might have in order to remain a free country … the arabs created the ‘Sparta-like’ situation through hostility … at this point there is no trust / no backing down to arab demands
The Jews / Zionists / Israelis have the means and the ability like Samson of the biblical story did to bring down the whole ‘thing’ should it come to that … eh?
