During war time, what we have had previously taken for granted, becomes scarse. It is good to see the combat lowering to the point that more clinics are able to open. The war goes on and on, quite probably for at least another year. Numerous jihadis are still creating havoc, armed with light weaponry and desperation. Their stores of captagon are depleted. A combination that means the local population is even at greater risk.
