What proof do you have that medical units are being used? How deep does a tunnel need to be such that a medical unit on the surface directly above tunnel does not constitute a shield.
In reality the shield is the soil. As I’ve told you before these tunnels are deeper than the craters of bombs. They’re reinforced too. Unless you’re hitting an entrance to the tunnel you’re not doing much.
The Israeli air superiority guarantees the use of tunnels. If you don’t want tunnels then you should provide Palestinians with Patriot air defense systems to shoot down F-35 fighter jets.
