Re: American campuses and the Israel-Palestine conflict

If you could sit the members of the American Congress down one on one, most of them could not tell you a history of this conflict. Include President, Joe Biden. He does, speaks, says whatever gets him elected. He, like most of the members of the Congress, are afraid of AIPAC and the money it can provide to get ‘it’s’ candidates elected who will support Zionism. The American people are split for two reasons. One is, their mainstream media that present one-sided views and echo the official position of the U.S. government. The second is the religious leaders who do not speak out in their religious capacity against this war; especially those who ‘know’ that “God’s chosen people” and “a promised land, flowing with milk and honey” are both Jewish fundamentalist myths.

This is a religious war and the United States is breaking its own example of world leadership (not that they mind):

Constitution of the United States
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Shame on the United States Congress and on its President, Joe Biden = the leaders of ‘my’ country.
