I doubt any prosecutions against Hamas would be successful. All their defense attorney would have to say is that the evidence against them was corrupted by “Israel”…ie. bulldozing and blowing up buildings, shooting witnesses with Apache helicopters, burying witnesses in mass graves… etc. Hamas has made very few, if any, public statements saying that they intended for their specific actions to result in complete extermination of the entire population of “Israel”. In contrast, “Israeli” officials have made numerous recorded statements that they wanted to wipe Palestinians off the Earth and treat them as animals and deny them food and fuel, etc. Besides all that, “Israel” really wouldn’t want October 7th to be examined closely anyway because it would refresh everyone’s memories of the leaked witness reports that saw the IDF shooting and bombing “Israeli” citizens…and it is in “Israel’s” interest to try and blame all those deaths on Hamas. Prosecuting Hamas would draw October 7th under intense scrutiny…and “Israel” absolutely doesn’t want that.
