It was never Israel’s goal to topple Assad, destroy Hezbollah, free Lebanon and end Iranian power in the Middle East. But these things happened anyway.
As for Gaza, let’s first get the hostages home by any means
Then let the Gazans enjoy their new landscape knowing that the Israeli army can walk back in any time and flatten any new construction.
