1. Your percentages are wrong. You lack the education and intellectual rigor to handle the math, so let me help you.
The chart that you linked to shows that the total number of immigrants to Israel during the time period is 3,229,978.
There were 553,635 immigrants from Africa, which means 17.1% came from Africa, virtually all of whom are non-white / non-Ashkenazi. (The small number of South African immigrants were likely Ashkenazi).
There were 465,388 immigrants from Asia, which means that 14.4% came from Asia.
17.1% + 14.4% = 31.5%.
2. Far more of the territory of the former USSR and Russia is Asian. The Uzbeki, Bukharin, Georgian, etc., Jews — are darker skinned, as they migrated from the Middle East and Iran, and neither consider themselves to be Ashkenazi nor are they genetically Ashkenazi, though they of course have the same genetic markers that Jews generally have.
3. Ashkenazi Jews have fewer babies than other Jews. The Haredi Jews are an exception, but many Sepharadi Jews are now adherents of the Lubuvitch school of thought.
4. If you were to go to Israel, you’d see with your own eyes that far more Israelis are non-white than are white.
