The Question shouldn’t be if ICC will take action, but what will happen if the ICC did not?
The laws are clear and even after enough warnings, that civilians and civilian infrastructure must be spared of destruction and humanitarian relief, by food, water, medicine, shelter etc. must be available for the civilian population, it doesn’t because Israel didn’t let it in.
