You are delusional. Syria could have gotten the Golan Heights back if they had signed a treaty also, now look at those poor saps? Hamas is an Iran terrorist proxy and so is Hezbollah. Iran supports them with both money and munitions. Just look at Yemen, a human disaster under the Houthis. Anywhere where Iran has a proxy is almost non existent.
