Don’t blame Israel for taking the money. Who wouldn’t. It’s interesting though how the US is the only developed country that refuses to provide universal health care to its citizens but then gives handouts to foreign states. Even Likud supports universal health care in Israel while Americans have to worry about losing their homes to medical expenses.
