The Palestinians insisted upon war by attacking Israel on October 7th, 2023. It is safe to say that the Israelis are responding. The non-combatants of both populations are wise to shift themselves when combat is near. The Israelis abandon their homes and shift to safer towns and cities. The Palestinians shift to the safer Humanitarian Zone. Neither are a 100% safe depending upon where the rockets, missiles, drones or ordnance falls. Luckily the war will be over by end of 2026.
