Netanyahu is not correct, nor is the Israeli Government, which is the most racist/fascist since the creation of the State of Israel.
All the 8000+ taken hostages of the Westbank since Okt.7, which are in administrative detention, without their rights to have any fair trail, without conviction of any charge against them, other than being a Palestinian citizen of the occupied Palestinian territory, Westbank are even unlawful under these conventions.
The same goes for Occupation, Annexation, moving Israeli Population in to Occupied territory, to build and live in residential settlements. The settlements in occupied territories remain illegal… Forced displacement of Palestinians is another grave violation of the Rome Statute, UN-Charter, the Rome Statute, IHL etc.
These 8000+ taken hostage, didn’t even are any Members of Hamas, they are also not from Gaza. They are treated and dehumanised anyway by the IDF and the Occupation, which should even not happen and systemic discrimination against the Palestinians, shouldn’t be something of normalised status quo, inside Israel and the territories it occupies, as these people are a protected group under Universal human rights and should be treated equal and have equal rights applied like those of Israeli jewish citizens have granted.
But they are getting denied their most Universal human rights or being equally integrated in the civil society of Israel.
Everyone who is treated by dehumanising racial discrimination
