Actually, Israel is not a member of ICC and they have no jurisdiction in Israel. That old “complimentary” and “first rate” judiciary of Israel is a big hurdle to jump through. Not even sure that the Dutch in the Hague would allow hostages to be held in Holland.
Israel does not care about ICC prosecuting Hamas and other murder suspects. The proper course of action to just eliminate them with prejudice as with Munich terrorists. All will be dead before the Hague can get there hands on them
