Out of the 20 most powerful military powers in the world, 5 are Muslim countries: Turkey = 8, Pakistan = 9, Indonesia = 13, Iran = 14, Egypt = 15 and the entity that goes by the name of "Israel" is ranking at 17! Without America assisting this entity, it would probably rank at the same level as Somalia which ranks at 142 out of 145 countries.
