Each Israeli military offensive within Gaza has evolved differently depending upon the targeted areas to secure. The Rafah offensive is being prepared in its own unique fashion. It takes time for preparation and concentration of intel systems to be up and running fluidly. Of course, this needs to be done in a way that subtracts as little as possible to the other ‘war fronts’ of Israel. Although the international press seems to broadcast that time is running out, actually taking-time is a valuable variable for the Rafah conflict.
