In 1944, according to US official documents, the US and the UK conspired together to bring in 25,000 European Jews into Egypt without the consent of the people of Egypt or the government of Egypt. Why did the Jews want to go to a Muslim country? In 1955, the new government of Egypt led by Gamal Abdul Nasser of Egypt found them there and they were engaged in all kinds of espionage against the government of Egypt – and of course they got rid of them.
