-1- the aggressive Islamic Jihadist Hamas war criminal regime, and
-2- the defensive Jewish State of Israel.
Actually,
{B} – If Israel is willing to facilitate “aid (it does now) & rebuilding”, even after what happened on October 7,
-1- “the international community will surely rebuild the GS without peace commitment from the reps of the people of Gaza”,
because that is exactly what they did after the 2008 & 2014 wars, Two Intifadas, & other PA-Israel conflicts, and
-2- the international community clearly did/does Not care when Islamic Jihadist Arabs murder peaceful Jews.
However,
{C} – I agree with you that
-1- “Otherwise, tents will have to do”, with Gazans sandwiched tightly against the Egyptian border, like “Sardines in a can”, until Gaza evolves into something Not aggressive, Islamic Jihadist war criminals, which
-2- Seems very unlikely, because “the locals probably will” – [a] – Not get to vote in any elections (it is Not the Arab way), and
– [b] – even if they break the Arab mold, with “general election”, they support what Hamas did & is doing, and
– [c] – Probably prefer life as “Sardines in a can”, to saying the words “Peace with the Jewish State of Israel”.
