There is a big elefant in the room and i could bet today in an interview before the UNGA, the US UN envoy will make there statement not to support statehood to palestinians. I believe it is more likely than not the US is trying to torpedo the efforts. They are not supportive nor willing to have palestinians realise their inalienable rights.
It will stay an uphill battle to bring peace freedom and palestinians their rights against US might
