Look, it is perfectly clear to me that as a Jew, perhaps with Israeli citizenship, you are completely biased in this story, and that you tried to muddy the waters with that story about the origin related to the American Indians.
But it seems to me that this bias goes beyond some common frameworks, so that any meaningful and rational discussion is literally impossible. So, on the one hand, you persistently repeat something that is not true, which is that Hamas brutally and cold-bloodedly killed 1400 civilians, and on the other hand, you find some incredible justifications for all the actions of Israel in the past three weeks, where supposedly only military targets are targeted and everything else is collateral damage caused by the use of human shields.
First, the International Court of Justice had already established the non-applicability of “self-defence” under Article 51 of the UN Charter in the situation between Israel and the Occupied Territories, with following explanations…
Article 51 of the Charter thus recognizes the existence of an inherent right of self-defence in the case of armed attack by one State against another State. However, Israel does not claim that the attacks against it are imputable to a foreign State. The Court also notes that Israel exercises control in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and that, as Israel itself states, the threat which it regards as justifying the construction of the wall originates within, and not outside, that territory
Second, the occupying power must ensure the humane treatment of the population and provide for their basic needs, including food and medical care.
Third, Israel must present proof that every piece of civilian infrastructure it targets is a legitimate military target, or else it has committed a war crime.
So please once again, go first and find your brain…
