The Court has the authority to respond to South Africa’s claim and determine international law as it applies to both Israel and Hamas in this war that Hamas initiated with a genocidal attack on Israel men, women, children, and babies, and bringing back hundreds of hostages, and firing 5000 rockets into Israel’s civilian populated area on Oct 7.
