Identify them so that the readers can see who you are talking about. You said officials and rabbis so I assume you have a list. And then if they said these things, they should be ostracized.
You say a lot of hateful things out of emotion, should you be ostracized? It is not unreasonable for some Jews to say some ugly things after what happened on Oct 7 out of anger, especially if they had family or friends that were victims in that mass murder, sexual abuse, and hostage taking.
