In May 2024, Khan announced the ICC’s decision to apply for arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Hamas leaders Yahya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
and yet it seems that Khan is not taking active measures in furtherence of taking Sinwar, Deif or Haniyeh into custody preparatory to trial.
no doubt, Mr Khan will soon be arraigning Netanyahu and Gallant.
and, of course, Mr Khan applied for an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin…….. although I’ve yet to hear that Putin’s arrest has taken place
