Israel is the occupier and brutal coloniser and it has no right to demand anything from the Palestinians let alone try to quash their resistance. That is the case under international law.

Hamas is a political party and a part of the Palestinian Resistance and is totally legitimate in law. The Israeli military occupation colonial regime will never be legitimate.
