As a religion and Jews exist as followers of Judaism, it is impossible for Jews to be a race. No religion makes a race not even Hinduism which is far more homogenous than is Judaism.
Jews comprise all races as defined and hundreds of nationalities. The only thing they share is the religion. No different to Christians, Muslims, Hindus or any other religion.
